Joys of driving.
I had to fill the truck up with gas this morning. After driving on the same tank all week and then up to Fort Atkinson, it was less then three quarters of a tank. Since the weekend was over I had been hoping that the price of gas would have dropped, it hadnÂ’t.

Fortunately for me a local bank had opened up a small loan desk at the gas station.

One of the best perks about this new job? Yeah, they pay ALL my gas. I figure it's like gettin' a check for an extra $600 a month based on current prices and what I *WAS* driving.
Huge Bonus. Huge......

I just spent the weekend doing a overhaul on Babe the Blue Blazer.
New plugs, new wires, new distributor, new rotor button, new fuel filter, K&N Air filter, flushed the transmission, rebuilt the rear differential and new serpintine belt.
I'm *praying* I get some better gas mileage after all that. Just one more reason why The Beast stays part. At 6 miles to the gallon I can't afford to crank it, let alone drive it.
